
From a very young age, I have had a fascination for the human body; how it functions, develops, heals, and responds. Naturally, I began my education in the medical field and devoted my early professional career to working as a Nurse, Phlebotomist, and Medical Assistant. I eventually stopped working for the corporate health world and focused on making a nurturing home for my family by the sea in Delaware. Still, my studies and my career have evolved with an ever more holistic approach to wellness that helps me to overcome my own health struggles, to lead by example for my children and grandchildren, and to teach anyone with a desire to learn and grow in their own practice.
Today, my passion lies in delivering a holistic approach of coaching individuals through personalized practice to include safe and healthy habits, to promote mindful and physical growth, and to affect nuanced changes for the prevention and correction of disease. With focus on how the body works, heals, and creates emotion, I am able to guide my clients through the harmonious connection of mind, body, nutrition, and breath. Together, we create a deeper awareness and understanding of the potential for authentic health and happiness through training and retraining with grace and gratitude.
Yuj is the opportunity to concentrate on the physical, mental, and spiritual practice of true wellness and human potential. By offering both private and group TRX and yoga classes with attuned attention to and adjustments for the needs of each individual, I lead clients through appropriate lessons designed to unite each participant with their own unique capabilities on this shared journey.
